Contact your organization
Originis is usually provided through your school, training provider, or employer. For account access, scheduling, accommodations, and grading questions, reach out to the contacts or help desk your organization lists for this exam program.
Before your exam
- Use a supported browser. A current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge works best. Avoid private browsing if your institution requires persistent sessions.
- Check permissions. Allow camera, microphone, or screen sharing only if your proctor or exam instructions say they are required.
- Stable connection. Use wired or reliable Wi‑Fi where possible; close heavy downloads or streaming on the same network.
Desktop apps
If your organization distributes the Originis desktop app, download the build they provide and follow their install guide. For general product information and downloads offered from this site, see the home page.
